I recently took my motorbike trailer to Tyremart in Durbanville, initially just needing new tires. Even though trailer servicing isn’t their usual line of work, the team confidently took on the task and went above and beyond—completely rewiring my trailer, installing new LED lights, repacking grease into the bearings, fixing my number plate, and replacing the tires.
I’m genuinely impressed by the attention to detail, quality workmanship, and fantastic customer service from the Manager Greg and the entire Tyremart team. Highly recommend anyone needing trailer servicing or upgrades to visit Tyremart. Thanks again for a fantastic job!

honestly left Tyremart Durbanville feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed.. We agreed on a quote, we found the parts together, and I budgeted based on that agreement — which matters a lot in this economy.
When I arrived to actually get the work done, the price suddenly doubled and I was put in a position where I felt forced to pay and I had to borrow money. I needed my car running and it genuinely felt like that desperation was taken advantage of. There was no proper discussion, no attempt to meet me halfway — just pressure.
What really didn’t sit well with me was the manager’s choice of words and attitude towards me as a paying customer. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the situation. That kind of communication is not okay when someone is trusting you with their vehicle and their money.
I left feeling cheated rather than helped. Transparency and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing here

I took my bakkie in for new tyers and what a pleasant experience working with this team. By bakkies special key was missing and they made the effort to remove those nuts for me and saved me R3500 by doing that. Top customer service. Well done guys.
