Yesterday I had the misfortune of having a tyre blow out while travelling back from Margate to Durban. I had just past the Oribi toll plaza and had to pull my vehicle over onto the centre island of a very busy freeway.
Being after 4pm , the sun was already threatening its decend into darkness Frantic and trying to keep calm at the same time , I searched tyre places near me, finding Hi-Q Port Shepstone 1st ,on my maps locator.
I called and was greeted by a polite young lady , explained my situation and was told her manager would call me back in 5 minutes. A minute later I was contacted by Nivesh.
Purely professional and calming , reassuring me that help was on its way. Gert arrived shortly after , beaming with a smile and friendly as ever.
Off went my rim and tyre safely with Gert, who dashed off into the sunset to get it replaced.
Sun now set darkness , surrounding my ankles and the cold air reminding me that winter had just finished.
I received a call shortly after again to let me know he was on his way back to me. Tyre replaced , back on my way when i received another call from Nivesh advising me what the problem was and guiding me on what needed to be done for my safety.
As a single lady traveller , I appreciate the care and genuine concern shown by this business so much.

Professional workmanship. Nice relaxing atmosphere to wait while your vehicle is being attended to. I've been using their services for about 20 years now and their service is always excellent.
