What an Absolutely amazing, effortless, pleasant experience. From being met at my car and walked to reception to getting into my cool cab, because it was parked in the shade and driving off. I was treated like family, all the services they offer was explained and i was kept informed right through the whole experience 4 x 4 new tyres - done Alignment and balancing - done Battery check - done Brakes check - done Windscreen wipers check - done Staff friendliness- 10/10 Staff efficiency- 10/10 Workshop cleanliness - 10/10 And so i can go on and on. Best of all the Price. Almost R2k less than my budget. Thank you Ladies and Gentleman i had a great experience 😊 ☺️

The most professional, proficient and friendly service I have ever experienced on the South Coast. I took my late son's Focus ST in for new tyres and alignment today. This is a vehicle that I am fiercely protective of, to the point of being obsessively pedantic. The care, attention to detail and meticulous way in which the staff at this establishment carry out their duties is beyond excellent. To say I am impressed is an understatement. Yesterday I had the misfortune of having a tyre blow out while travelling back from Margate to Durban. I had just past the Oribi toll plaza and had to pull my vehicle over onto the centre island of a very busy freeway. Being after 4pm , the sun was already threatening its decend into darkness Frantic and trying to keep calm at the same time , I searched tyre places near me, finding Hi-Q Port Shepstone 1st ,on my maps locator. I called and was greeted by a polite young lady , explained my situation and was told her manager would call me back in 5 minutes. A minute later I was contacted by Nivesh. Purely professional and calming , reassuring me that help was on its way. Gert arrived shortly after , beaming with a smile and friendly as ever. Off went my rim and tyre safely with Gert, who dashed off into the sunset to get it replaced. Sun now set darkness , surrounding my ankles and the cold air reminding me that winter had just finished. I received a call shortly after again to let me know he was on his way back to me. Tyre replaced , back on my way when i received another call from Nivesh advising me what the problem was and guiding me on what needed to be done for my safety. As a single lady traveller , I appreciate the care and genuine concern shown by this business so much. Thank you Nivesh and Gert , you are what makes South Africa great. 🙌👌👏

I appreciated how clearly Wayne explained my options and helped me choose the best solution for my car without any pressure. His honesty and customer-focused approach made the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Thanks to Wayne, everything was handled efficiently, and I left feeling confident in my decision.
